PSA Plant With a High Purity of Hydrogen at a Low Cost
PSA, standing for Pressure Swing Adsorption, is a technology that widely used for gas separation and purification. Moreover, it is also used to produce high purity of hydrogen from hydrogen-rich gases which is done by hydrogen purification plants.
For 20 years, Ally Hi-Tech has been committed to innovating and improving hydrogen production technology, and has been awarded 40 patents, two of which are from Europe and the United States. In addition, 8 new patents are currently being applied for.
As a hydrogen production pioneer in China, Ally has designed and supplied more than 125 PSA hydrogen production plants worldwide. In addition, we also equip each methanol or SMR hydrogen production plant with a PSA unit.

Process Description
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) for hydrogen extraction is to selectively adsorb the non-hydrogen components in the hydrogen-rich mixture under the pressure, so as to accomplish the purpose of separating hydrogen from other gas components. In the meantime, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed impurity gas under pressure release so that the adsorbent can regain its adsorption capacity.
